Loved how 🌸beautiful 🍃the arboretum near the hotel was! breakfast 🍳was good, but the rooms 🛏️could use a refresh. Service 💁‍♂️needs improvement; staff seemed 🤷‍♀️inexperienced. Overall, an ok stay. 🏨✨

The friendly staff at this hotel was a standout during our visit. Despite some issues with slow check-in and pool management, our comfortable room, the kids enjoying the pool, and the convenient location near stores and restaurants made the stay bearable.

The facilities definitely need some serious updating. the mattresses were worn out and desperately needed replacement.

I initially booked for one night but had to extend for another night, which they were able to do. The indoor swimming pool was a nice size and well maintained, and I loved that it was open from 6am to 10pm.
